Resetting Your Rediffmail Password
### Rediffmail Personal (@rediffmail.com)
1. Go to mail.rediff.com → Forgot Password?
2. Enter username
3. Choose recovery method:
- **Answer security question**
- **OTP to registered mobile**
- **Reset link to alternate email**
4. Set new password
### No Access to Recovery Options?
Contact Rediff Support: support@rediff.co.in
Provide: username, registered mobile, last known password, account creation date.
Verification: 2–5 business days.
### Rediffmail Pro (Business)
**User forgot password:** Contact your company's Rediffmail Pro admin
→ Admin panel → Users → Select user → Reset Password
**Admin forgot password:** Rediffmail Pro admin panel → Forgot Password? → Enter admin email → Check inbox
### Strong Password Tips
- At least 8 characters
- Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols
- Unique to Rediffmail
