Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging webzworld for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and parties who access or use our services.

webzworld provides technology services including, but not limited to: • White-label website and WordPress development • Web and mobile application development • Custom software development • AI development and integration • Technology and cloud consulting • Remote team staffing and hiring services The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or Service Agreement signed between webzworld and the client prior to commencement of work.

As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and materials required for us to deliver services. • Respond to queries, review deliverables, and provide feedback within agreed timelines. • Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, trademarks, images, or intellectual property you provide to us. • Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule. • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Delays caused by failure to provide timely inputs may affect project timelines without liability to webzworld.

4.1 Fees are as specified in the Statement of Work or package pricing at the time of engagement. 4.2 A deposit (typically 50%) is required before commencement of any project unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.3 Remaining balances are due upon milestone completion or project delivery as specified in the SoW. 4.4 For retainer and remote team engagements, payment is due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. 4.5 Late payments beyond 14 days may attract interest at 2% per month on the outstanding amount. 4.6 Payments processed online are handled by Razorpay and are subject to their terms and conditions. Card details are not stored by webzworld. 4.7 All prices on our website are indicative. Binding pricing is confirmed only in a signed SoW or proposal.

5.1 Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for you under the engagement become your property. 5.2 webzworld retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary methodologies used in delivering services. A perpetual, royalty-free licence to use these within the deliverables is granted to the client. 5.3 webzworld reserves the right to include completed work in its portfolio unless a specific NDA or confidentiality agreement prohibits this. 5.4 All third-party software, open-source components, or licensed tools used in deliverables are subject to their respective licences, which will be disclosed to the client.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. webzworld will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent except as required by law. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any service agreement.

7.1 webzworld warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. 7.2 All deliverables include a 30-day warranty period following delivery, during which defects in the agreed scope will be corrected at no additional charge. 7.3 webzworld does not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet specific business outcomes beyond what is agreed in the SoW. 7.4 Our website and information provided are on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • webzworld's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. • webzworld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. • webzworld shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

9.1 Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. 9.2 In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date, including any non-cancellable expenses already incurred. 9.3 webzworld reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of these terms, or if continued service would violate applicable law. 9.4 Upon termination, webzworld will provide all completed deliverables and handover documentation within 14 business days of receiving final payment.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
