Managing Spam and Filters in Rediffmail

### Marking as Spam

Select email → Mark as Spam → Rediffmail learns from your reports

### Unblocking Legitimate Emails

Spam folder → Select email → Not Spam / Move to Inbox

Add sender to contacts to prevent future filtering

### Creating Email Filters

1. Settings → Filters → Add Filter

2. Set condition: From, Subject, To

3. Set action: Move to folder, Delete, Forward, Mark as read

4. Save

### Blocking a Sender

Open email → More options → Block sender

Or: Settings → Blocked Senders → Add email or domain (e.g. @spammer.com)

### Whitelist a Sender

Settings → Safe Senders / Whitelist → Add email or domain

### Rediffmail Pro Admin Spam Controls

Admin panel → Email Security → Spam Settings
