### Allowed Attachment Types
- Documents: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .txt
- Images: .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp
- Compressed: .zip, .rar, .7z
- Audio/Video: .mp3, .mp4 (within size limit)
**Blocked:** .exe, .bat, .cmd, .vbs, .js, .scr (security risk)

### When Storage Is Full
1. Delete old emails with large attachments
2. Empty the Trash
3. Clean Spam folder
4. Download attachments locally, then delete from email
5. Upgrade plan
### Sending Large Files
Use cloud sharing instead:
- Google Drive / OneDrive / Dropbox — paste the link in email
- WeTransfer — free up to 2 GB
- WhatsApp — up to 100 MB for documents
