Troubleshooting Rediffmail Access Issues
### Site Not Loading
1. Check internet — open google.com to confirm
2. Check service status at downdetector.in/status/rediff
3. Clear browser cache: Chrome → Ctrl+Shift+Delete → Clear data
4. Try a different browser
5. Disable browser extensions / try incognito mode
6. Flush DNS:
- Windows: ipconfig /flushdns
- Mac: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache
### "Invalid username or password"
1. Check username format:
- Free accounts: username only (no @rediffmail.com)
- Pro accounts: full email address
2. Check Caps Lock
3. Use Forgot Password to reset
### Webmail Loading Slowly
Try Basic HTML view — look for "Basic version" or "Classic view" option on the login page.
### Cannot Send Emails
- SMTP authentication failed: Port must be 465, SSL enabled
- Daily limit exceeded: Free accounts have daily send limit — wait 24 hours
- Message too large: Reduce attachments (max 25 MB)
### Mobile App Not Working
1. Force-close and reopen app
2. Update to latest version
3. Uninstall and reinstall
