Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Sign-In
### "Your account or password is incorrect"
1. Use full email as username (name@company.com)
2. Check Caps Lock
3. Reset at aka.ms/sspr or ask admin
### Account Locked
Wait 60 seconds (smart lockout auto-releases) or admin resets via Azure AD → Users → Reset password
### MFA Not Working
- Authenticator not generating codes: sync phone time (Settings → Date & Time → Auto)
- Lost phone: admin deletes MFA registration, user re-registers
### Browser Issues
1. Clear cache and cookies
2. Try incognito mode
3. Try a different browser
4. Disable extensions
### Mobile Not Syncing
1. Sign out completely
2. Remove and re-add account
