Configuring Outlook with Microsoft 365
### Desktop App (Windows/Mac)
1. Open Outlook → File → Add Account
2. Enter your Microsoft 365 email → Connect
3. Enter password → Done
Modern authentication handles MFA automatically.
### Web Access (OWA)
Go to outlook.office.com and sign in.
### Mobile (iOS / Android)
1. Download Microsoft Outlook from App Store / Play Store
2. Add Account → enter your email → Continue
3. Enter password and complete MFA
### Setting Out-of-Office
Outlook Web: Settings → Automatic replies → Toggle on → Set dates and message
### Common Issues
- **Password keeps prompting:** Enable Modern Authentication in admin centre
- **Profile picture missing:** Upload at myaccount.microsoft.com
- **Email not arriving:** Check junk folder and Anti-Spam policies
