### Check Renewal Date
admin.microsoft.com → Billing → Your products
### Auto-Renewal
Microsoft 365 renews automatically if a payment method is on file.
Manage: Billing → Your products → Edit recurring billing
### Upgrading to a Higher Plan
1. Billing → Your products → Select subscription → Upgrade
2. Choose new plan (e.g. Basic → Standard)
3. Pay the prorated difference — new features available immediately
### Adding More User Licences
Billing → Your products → Buy licences → Enter quantity
### What Happens If Subscription Expires?
- Day 1–30: Read-only access
- Day 31–90: Data preserved but inaccessible
- After 90 days: Data permanently deleted
> ⚠️ Always renew before expiry.

Billing → Bills & payments → Select invoice → Download PDF
