Getting Started with Microsoft Teams
### Install Teams
- Desktop: teams.microsoft.com or via Microsoft 365 admin centre
- Mobile: App Store / Play Store
- Web: teams.microsoft.com
### Create a Team
Teams → Join or create a team → Create team → From scratch → Private or Public
### Create Channels
Channels organise conversations by topic.
... next to team name → Add channel → Standard or Private
### Key Features

### Common Issues
- No audio: Teams Settings → Devices → check microphone/speaker
- Guest access not working: Admin must enable in Teams admin centre
