### Using Google's Data Migration Service

admin.google.com → Account → Data migration → Email → Choose source

### Migrating from IMAP (Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)

1. Source: Other IMAP server

2. Enter IMAP details (server, port 993, SSL)

3. Map source users to Workspace users

4. Start migration

### Tips

  • Run migration before switching MX records
