How do I set up Google Workspace on mobile devices?

Configure Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Meet on Android and iOS.

Google Workspace on Mobile

### Gmail

**Android:** Gmail app (pre-installed) → Settings → Add account → Google → enter Workspace email

**iPhone:** Download Gmail from App Store → Add account → sign in

### Google Drive

Download Google Drive → Sign in → Enable offline access: tap three dots next to file → Available offline

### Google Meet

Download Google Meet → Sign in → Start or join meetings directly

### Android Work Profile (MDM)

1. Admin enables Android MDM: Devices → Mobile & endpoints

2. Employee installs Google Device Policy app

3. Work apps run in separate profile (briefcase icon)

4. Admin can remote wipe work data without affecting personal

### iOS MDM

1. Admin console → Devices → Mobile & endpoints → Manage devices → Enable iOS management

2. Users install MDM profile → Admin can enforce passcode, restrict apps
