Troubleshooting Google Workspace Email Delivery
### Emails Going to Spam
Send test email to Gmail → Three dots → Show original → Verify:
- SPF: PASS
- DKIM: PASS
- DMARC: PASS
**SPF fails:** Add TXT record: v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
**DKIM fails:** Admin console → Apps → Gmail → Authenticate email → Start authentication
### Bounce Codes
| Code | Meaning |
|------|--------|
| 550 | Recipient doesn't exist |
| 421 | Temporary block |
| 452 | Mailbox full |
### Check Email Logs
admin.google.com → Reporting → Email log search → Search by recipient, sender, date
### Postmaster Tools
Set up at postmaster.google.com — monitor domain reputation, spam rate.
Keep spam rate below **0.1%**.
### Mailbox Full
User must delete emails and empty Trash, or admin upgrades storage.
