Updating Your Profile
1. Log in to your webzworld client portal
2. Click your name or avatar at the top-right
3. Select My Profile or Account Settings
4. Update the required fields
5. Click Save Changes
Changing Your Email Address
Your email address is your login username. To change it:
1. Go to Account Settings → Email
2. Enter your new email address
3. A verification link will be sent to the new email
4. Click the link to confirm the change
If you no longer have access to your old email, contact support@webzworld.com with identity verification.
Updating Billing / GST Details
1. Go to Account → Billing Information
2. Update your company name, address, and GSTIN
3. Save
Future invoices will use the updated details. For corrections on past invoices, email billing@webzworld.com.
Changing Your Password
1. Log in → Account Settings → Change Password
2. Enter your current password and new password
3. Save
If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot Password on the login page.
Updating WHOIS / Domain Contact Details
For domains, WHOIS contact details are separate:
1. Go to Domains → select your domain
2. Click WHOIS / Contact Details
3. Update and save
Changes reflect in WHOIS within 24–48 hours.
