Cancellation Process
1. Log in to your client portal
2. Go to Services → select the service you want to cancel
3. Click Cancel Service or submit a cancellation request
4. Confirm the cancellation
Alternatively, email billing@webzworld.com with your account details and service name.
Notice Period
For monthly services, provide at least 7 days' notice before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.
For annual services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
Refund Policy
Hosting Plans
- New purchases: 7-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting plans
- Renewals: No refund after renewal is processed
- VPS and dedicated plans: No refund policy — evaluate using a trial period
Domains
- Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable (registry charges are non-recoverable)
- New domain registrations are refundable within 5 days if the domain has not been used
Development Projects
- Project payments follow the milestone schedule in your contract
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Disputes must be raised within 14 days of milestone delivery
Email Services
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are non-refundable once activated
Requesting a Refund
Email billing@webzworld.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Invoice number
- Reason for refund request
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
