How do I renew my hosting or domain?

Steps to renew your hosting plan or domain name before expiry.

Renewing Your Hosting or Domain

### Auto-Renewal

If you've enabled auto-renewal, your hosting/domain will be renewed automatically before the expiry date. Payment will be charged to your saved payment method.

### Manual Renewal

**Step 1 — Log in to your account**

Access the client portal at webzworld.com.

**Step 2 — Go to Services or Domains**

  • For hosting: **My Services** → find your plan → click **Renew**
  • For domain: **My Domains** → find your domain → click **Renew**

**Step 3 — Choose renewal period**

Select 1, 2, or 3 years and complete payment.

**Step 4 — Confirmation**

You'll receive an email confirmation once renewed.

### When should I renew?

  • We send email reminders **60 days, 30 days, and 7 days** before expiry
  • It's best to renew at least **7 days before expiry** to avoid any service interruption

### What happens if my hosting expires?

  • **After 7 days**: Website goes offline but data is retained
  • **After 30 days**: Account is suspended and data may be deleted
  • Always renew before expiry or contact us to discuss options

### What happens if my domain expires?

  • **0–30 days**: Domain in grace period — can still be renewed at standard price
  • **30–60 days**: Redemption period — higher redemption fee applies
  • **After 75 days**: Domain may be released for public registration
