Junior associates at law firms spent 4–6 hours manually reviewing standard contracts. Errors caused costly disputes. The client wanted an AI tool that could read NDAs, service agreements, and lease contracts and highlight risky or non-standard clauses instantly.

We built a Next.js SaaS platform with a Python backend using LangChain and GPT-4 Turbo for document processing. Users upload PDFs or paste contract text; the AI extracts clauses, scores risk levels (Low / Medium / High), and highlights deviations from standard templates. A comparison mode shows tracked changes between two contract versions. Role-based teams, usage billing via Stripe, and an API for firm-wide integration complete the product.
