Managing White-Label Client Projects
### Communication & Project Management
We adapt to your preferred tools:
- **Email** — Traditional project communication
- **Slack** — Real-time collaboration (we join your Slack workspace)
- **Trello / Asana / Monday.com** — We join your project boards
- **Basecamp** — We work within your client project spaces
- **ClickUp / Notion** — We document in your workspace
### Project Kickoff
When starting a new white-label project:
1. Share the **client brief** including scope, timeline, budget, and design references
2. We'll assign a **dedicated project manager** as your single point of contact
3. We'll provide a **timeline and milestone plan**
4. You share staging server access or we use our own (and transfer files at completion)
### Feedback & Revisions
- We send you deliverables for internal review before anything goes to the client
- You relay client feedback to us
- We complete revisions within agreed timelines
### Handover
At project completion:
- All source code and files are transferred to you
- Documentation and deployment instructions provided
- We offer a handover call if needed
### Confidentiality
- We sign NDAs on request
- We do not contact your clients directly
- All invoicing is between you and your client — we invoice only you
