Uploading Your Website Files
### Method 1 — cPanel File Manager (Easiest)
1. Log in to your **cPanel** (your domain /cpanel or the URL we provided).
2. Open **File Manager**.
3. Navigate to **public_html** — this is your website's root folder.
4. Click **Upload** in the toolbar.
5. Select your files and upload them.
> ℹ️ If you're uploading a zip file, use **Extract** after uploading.
### Method 2 — FTP/SFTP Client (FileZilla)
1. Download [FileZilla](https://filezilla-project.org/) (free).
2. Open FileZilla → **File → Site Manager → New Site**.
3. Enter your FTP credentials (sent to you by email when your hosting was activated):
- **Host**: ftp.yourdomain.com
- **Username**: your cPanel username
- **Password**: your cPanel password
- **Port**: 21 (FTP) or 22 (SFTP)
4. Click **Connect**.
5. Drag your files from the left panel (your computer) to **public_html** on the right.
### What folder should I upload to?
- **public_html** — Main website (yourdomain.com)
- **public_html/subdomain** — For a subdomain or subdirectory
