How Remote Developer Hiring Works

### What is a Dedicated Remote Developer?

We place one or more of our skilled developers to work exclusively (or part-time) on your projects, embedded in your team.

### Step 1 — Define Your Requirements

Tell us:

  • Technology stack (React, Node.js, PHP, Flutter, Python, etc.)
  • Experience level (Junior / Mid / Senior)
  • Full-time (160 hrs/month) or Part-time (80 hrs/month)
  • Duration (3 months minimum recommended)
  • Time zone preference or overlap hours required

### Step 2 — Candidate Shortlisting

We shortlist 2–3 developers matching your requirements. We share:

  • CV / resume
  • Portfolio and GitHub links
  • Assessment or coding test results

### Step 3 — Interview

You interview the candidates. We facilitate the process.

### Step 4 — Onboarding

Once you select a developer:

  • We handle employment, payroll, and HR
  • Developer joins your Slack/Teams/project tools
  • You manage their daily tasks directly

### Step 5 — Ongoing Engagement

  • Weekly check-ins with our account manager
  • Replace the developer if they're not a good fit (within the first 30 days)
  • Scale up/down team size as your project grows

### Billing

  • Monthly fixed price based on developer level and hours
  • Invoice raised at start of each month
  • No hidden fees — no recruitment fees, no setup costs

### Contact us

Email info@webzworld.com with your requirements and we'll respond within 24 hours.
