Gmail doesn’t have a whitelisting program and hence doesn’t accept whitelisting requests. The term whitelisting tends to imply guaranteed inbox delivery and Gmail can’t guarantee that based on domain reputation and user preference. Additionally, I have the following suggestions for you.

  1. Implement SPF, DKIM, RDNS and DMARC for outgoing emails from your domain. If you are not the domain admin, please discuss this with the relevant person and if required, consider changing your sending server IP address and/or the service provider.
  2. Review the Bulk sender’s guidelines and ensure you are complying with all suggestions and recommendations.
  3. Use this postmaster tool to verify yourself as a better sender to Google: Be a better sender
Once you have done the above, wait for some period of time (usually 2-4 weeks) and you will notice a positive trend in your mail delivery towards Gmail users.

Please post an update.
